Change. Embrace it or deny it? Either way it is a Change. Embrace it or deny it? Either way it is a constant in our lives. Yet as humans, we are really really good at zooming in on our own reactions to problems and often losing sight of the big picture. Even if we can learn greatly from it. There is a convenience in forgetting about what has happened in the communal past. Or denying future outcomes that result from our actions - or specifically; inaction. And so this is where we create guilt shame and regret when we dwell in the past Or stress, anxiety and fear of missing out when we are obsessed with being in a future not to our liking. So how do we move forward? How do we begin to participate in the crafting of a collective consciousness and experience that we truly wish to inhabit? Well this is where our magnificent skills as self obsessed naval gazers comes in Although now we are doing it with conscious awareness. And, THIS IS THE IMPORTANT BIT, we are incorporating thoughts, feelings and emotions of a future experience that we will share together. ✨This is how this Ascension process works,✨ You begin by looking within and learning to love and accept yourself as you are. As you do that, your frequency and energy shine out which lifts up the people that are around you. Then they do the same and they lift up the people around them. As this begins to happen it is becomes a Cascade Reaction. And when so many people of a like mind begin to focus on the same outcome, that is what crafts it into reality. That is where we are right now. Can you understand now that you are a creator being? And that as we work together to create change, it can be a wonderful thing? If you find yourself triggered, uncomfortable, str If you find yourself triggered, uncomfortable, stressed or even anxious yourself if someone has trusted you enough to open up, be vulnerable and share how they're feeling. It's okay. Think of it as an opportunity to look inside and try and figure out what is setting you off. BUT also understand but it's not okay to project your discomfort back on to them. Because while you're in your own head trying to deal with your own feelings, you have basically told this person that they can't trust you. You shut down the communication and have potentially now left them in a deeper state of anxiety than before. So know where your boundaries are. And know that it's okay to be very clear about what you can handle and cannot. It doesn't make you a lesser person. It doesn't make you a bad friend.
