Portals. Are they metaphors of transformation or are they a literal gateway to a different experience?

With most things when I'm asked these kinds of questions I say, can't I have both? Haha

I'm bringing this up today for 2 reasons. First because I love this graphic and I've been waiting to share it. Secondly because we are about to come into another portal time.

For me these are often with the portent of repeating numbers. And they have been coming fast and furious for 3 days now.

I used to spend so much time all over the Internet scouring page after page looking for information to tell me what they meant.

did 222 mean my ascended masters were with me or did it mean I needed to watch my thoughts? All of this jibber jabber that I went down the rabbit hole with

And that's not to say that there is a good or a bad around that, in fact there's a couple really great resources out there (to this day I cannot believe the amount of work that Joanne sacred scribes has done) .

However as I've been at this for a long time I will share that in the end I've come to the realization that like all things in this earthly experience, they are what we make them.

You as a human being, as a being of light, have so much ability that you aren't even aware of.

It is starting to surface. People are starting to remember. Starting to understand that thought can literally become "thing" and that when we work together in unity, our thoughts can create massive change.

And that, dear one, is where this is headed

But here we are again with another opportunity where the energy is condensed, where you may start to feel heavy and stressed and anxious or exhausted or full of verve and energy.

It is a period of anticipatory anxiety before jumping through an energetic portal.

And often, especially because I'm not astrologically minded, I remember that these can happen before full moon 🌝

so the point of all this message if you've read this far, is basically that here comes another opportunity to make a shift in your life. No right or wrong. You don't have to do it or you can jump right into it
But now you have a little conscious awareness to make that choice

Never forgot the relationship you have with yourself. All us little humans start out loving ourselves and then somewhere along the way someone says something or we witness something and we stop believing that it's true

But it's okay.

because you have likely found that you have gone away then come back. Then gone away then come back.

The important thing to remember is that you are always there for you.

So if you're having a hard time or not feeling the love, feeling a little bit lonely or sad, disconnected or any of the so-called bad feelings.

Take a moment and give yourself a hug. Because the love is always there inside from that beautiful little spark called you.

Eating healthy doesn't have to be "a thing". it can be part of your everyday that you don't think about. Easy, simple and heck, even fun.

all you need to do is start with fresh ingredients and then add whatever you happen to have around in your cupboards or refrigerator.

Depending on your dietary needs you start with a protein then add some vegetables, think about something that's going to give it a little body that's maybe got some starch or carbos.
